At Chit Vishram, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with a product or service, this Refund Policy outlines the terms for returns and refunds.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a refund under the following conditions:
✅ Damaged/Defective Items – Received a faulty or incorrect product
✅ Non-Delivery – Item not received within the promised timeframe
✅ Cancellation – Order canceled before shipment

Note: Refund eligibility depends on the product type and reason for return.

2. Non-Refundable Items

❌ Perishable goods (if applicable)
❌ Personalized/custom-made products
❌ Digital products/downloads (unless defective)
❌ Services already rendered

3. Refund Process

Step 1: Request a Return

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at chitvishram@gmail.com with:
- Order number
- Product details
- Reason for return
- Supporting images (if damaged/defective)

Step 2: Return Approval & Shipping

We will review your request and provide return instructions.
Customer pays return shipping unless the error is ours.
Products must be unused, in original packaging, with tags intact.

Step 3: Refund Issuance

Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method (exceptions may apply).

Note: Your bank may take additional time to reflect the refund.

4. Late or Missing Refunds?

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected time:

Check your bank account again.
Contact your payment provider.
If unresolved, email us at chitvishram@gmail.com.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need a different product, return the original and place a new order.
